Please get this out to ALL the referees that you assign.
The software used by AYSA for the Game Day Rosters CRASHED and SOME teams may not have them for this week-end. D1 and D2 games: PLEASE check the player/coach passes against the approved AYSA roster. The coaches should have some paper with them to record the scores and for both the referee and coaches to sign.
For the D3 (Rec ) games: If they don't have all their paperwork together, play the games and report it on the paper that should be provided for reporting scores and referee signatures. I apologize and accept responsibility for this late notice because AYSA did notify me earlier today. Unfortunately, I must enact the "real" job excuse on this one.
